I have just learned that Beyonce wanted to record "Unity" ,instead of Kelly Rowland. It turns out that Matthew Knowles pitched the idea of Beyonce recording "unity" instead of Kelly Rowland,to the song's writers ,Jordan Thorsteinson, Troy Samson, and Mike James.But it turns out that the song's writers felt the song would suit Kelly's voice better.It's rumored that Beyonce wasn't to happy about the hold thing.All I have to say is I think that's real shallow of Beyonce to try to steal Kelly's song!!And I personally can't imagine Beyonce singing Unity.She already stoled that magazine cover from her a couple of years ago.Beyonce needs to stop trying to sabatoge Kelly's career and that's all I have to say!!

Ps:Unity is currently number 91 on the Canada Hot 100 charts,with no promotion from Sony Records at all!!!
I agree ... "UNITY" is also on the Top 10 AC Charts in Canada due to constant airplay and requests across the country ! Kelly needs to perform this song LIVE and record a video to make it a worldwide hit ! Rumours are swirling that this could happen soon ;)
