You read it right.Record sells for Kelly Rowland's new album "Talk A Good Game" are closing in on a million copies sold worldwide.....but is this reason to celebrate? Find out what I mean inside.
While the above news of Kelly Rowland's total record sells for Talk A Good Game may seem exciting,it's actually alittle disappointing in sorts. For while her gold certified single "Kisses Down Low" has sold 500,000+ copies, and the critically acclaimed "Dirty Laundry" has sold 200,000+ copies, the album itself has only sold 215,000 copies worldwide to date. While this places record sells well over the 900k mark, one has to ask,is Kelly cutting herself short? You can find the star tweeting away about Beyoncé's new album, xfactor,or workout dvd, but little to no promo of her own album is to be seen. Whether or not Kelly is done with this album remains to be seen, but for an artist whose debut ALBUM sold 2.5 million copies worldwide by itself,it's clear Kelly may need a reassessment of her career. Congrats to pushing a million records Kelly, but maybe releasing the fan favorites "Down on Love" and "I remember" will sell the album too. What do you guys think? Is this good news or reason to be upset?
she don't care if her album flops, she only released 2 damn videos
