OK,SO I WAS ASKED A FEW DAYS AGO BY A READER OF THE BLOG,RETHER OR NOT I THOUGHT LETOYA LUCKETT WILL HAVE ANOTHER ALBUM RELEASED BY ANY LABEL IN THE FUTURE.
WELL THE ANSWER IS YES! I DO THINK SHE WILL HAVE ANOTHER ALBUM RELEASED FROM A LABEL IN THE FUTURE,BUT HERE IS THE CATCH! SHE WILL HAVE ANOTHER ALBUM COME OUT BUT IT WILL BE WITH AN INDEPENDENT LABEL!!

DON'T GET ME WRONG NOW,LETOYA IS A VERY TALENTED YOUNG WOMAN,BUT SHE IS JUST UNABLE TO RECREATE THE MAGIC OF "TORN" AND IS THUS COMMERCIALLY UNAPPEALING!
NOW YOU GUYS CAN GET MAD AT ME AND SAY "HER FIRST ALBUM WENT PLATINUM,SO BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH...ETC"
THAT WAS 2006,AND UNFORTUNATELY FOR LETOYA THAT WAS THE PAST AND THIS IS THE PRESENT!! AND SHE IS NO LONGER GOING PLATINUM,GOLD,OR WOOD!! IT'S THE TRUTH,AND UNLESS SHE DOES SOMETHING FAST,SHE WILL BE DROPPED FROM CAPITOL!!!

ReplyDeleteSeriously shasha, why are LeToya's fans always stickin their head in the sand when it comes to her? The girl is getting circles run around her by Kelly, Bey, Ashanti, and damn near every other female artist out there right now and that's not going to change unless a miracle happens. And to anyone hating on Kelly, I bet you her next album sells more copies in it's first week than all of LeToya's sales combined for the rest of her career.
